Unlimited, customized 'goodwill' letters sent directly to your creditors: Ovation will write 'goodwill' letters and send them to the lenders of your choice. Goodwill creditor letters are letters sent to your creditors asking them to take your good faith and goodwill efforts into consideration and remove the late payment and delete the listing.
